Abstract: As a behavior analyst and an entrepreneur, it’s tough to find time to tackle all my the day-to-day tasks (e.g. direct care, administrative, creative projects). But by using behavior analytic principles, I am able to create and automate systems that allow me to stay productive by breaking down goals that can be easily achieved and reinforced. In this presentation I will demonstrate how I automate my projects and share a few tools I find valuable.
Objectives: Participants will identify antecedent strategies to decrease barriers to productivity and increase motivation. Participants will learn to stay on track with their daily tasks, goals, and projects through task analysis and SMART goals. Participants will identify productivity tools to stay on top of the day-to-day and get things done.
